UI and Visual Design

I design functionality for standalone mobile and desktop applications, and browser-based platforms across multiple domains and use cases. This work includes:

  • Prototyping designs at multiple levels of fidelity

  • Building design artifacts like wireframes and high fidelity mockups

  • Drafting information architectures

  • Building component systems and interactive prototypes

  • Preparing assets, styling and annotations for developer hand-off

  • Creating coherent style guides that grow with a project

WebTAK:

A browser-based version of the Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) focused on delivering situational awareness and providing a common operating picture to any device with a browser. This web application has been used during national sporting events, at large metro firework celebrations, and during the 2021 presidential inauguration. 

ARTEMIS:

Draper engineering is part of the international team developing the guidance, navigation and control (GN&C) systems for NASA’s Artemis missions, including launch, spaceflight, approach and rendezvous, orbital operations, and landing and hazard avoidance.
